Itinerary:

Day 1- Addis Ababa
Arrive Addis Ababa Bole International Airport and transfer to Ghion Hotel.

Day 2- Awash National Park
After an early breakfast drive to Awash National Park for a half-day game viewing and birding. Overnight local hotel/camping.

Day 3- Bale Mountains/Goba
After an early breakfast drive to Bale Mountains National Park via Asella. Overnight Goba - Wabishebele hotel.

Day 4- Goba
Morning a half-day excursion to Senete plateau for Semien Fox. Afternoon, drive to Dinsho for Mountain Nyala, Menelik Bush Back, Giant Mole Rat and many species of birds & plants. Overnight Wabishebele hotel.

Day 5- Wondogenet
Drive to Wondogenet for natural hot spring and jungle forest in which you find animal and bird species. Overnight Wabishebele hotel.

Day 6- Awassa
Drive to Awassa, the capital of the Southern Nation, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State. The town is situated in the lakeside, which is famous for hippo, fish and aquatic bird species. Therefore, on this day visit Awassa for all its attractions mentioned above. Overnight Wabishebele No 2

Day 7- Langano
Morning drive to Langano, one of the rift Valley lakes. On this day visit the Abiyata-Sahalla National Park, which is mainly famous for Ostrich, hot spring, bird species (flamingos, pelicans are popular) and the two lakes. Overnight Bekele Molla resort hotel.

Day 8- Addis Ababa/ Departure
Drive to Addis Ababa. En route visit lake Ziway for birding. Afternoon city tour of Addis Ababa that includes the national museum and Merkato. Night departure.
