difficult traffic situations, even at the end of long and tiring days.

also made suggestions for activities on our final day in Nairobi (we
had hired car and driver for the day) and made it great fun for us.
Again very sensitively, he ensured that two of our party who were
catching a bus to Jinja were in the right place at the right time which
was very reassuring, before tackling horrific traffic to get us to the
airport in plenty of time.
