Tour Summary:
This tour offers the highlights of Egypt. After Cairo, you
explore the major sites in this extraordinary country by taking
a Nile Cruise. In Cairo, Luxor and Aswan you discover the
amazing abundance of historical treasures- temples, pyramids
and museums -contained in this one country. The Nile Cruise
between Aswan and Luxor is aboard a 5 star luxury ship. Your
stay in Cairo is arranged in a 4 star hotel. Egypt is a very
competitively priced destination and this package offers a
very good experience at a very low price!
Program:
Day 1: Cairo
On arrival at Cairo international Airport, you will be met
by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check
in.
Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.
Day 2: Cairo / Aswan
After breakfast depart for a full day tour of Egyptian Museum.
You will also visit the Pyramids plateau and the Sphinx. The
Great Pyramids Giza are truly magnificent monuments that were
one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Transfer to Giza train station for departure
by sleeper train to Aswan.
Light dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3: Aswan
After breakfast (continental) you arrive at Aswan in the early
morning. Start a full day tour to Granite Quarries and the
Unfinished Obelisk, both of which are on the same site.
Board the cruise ship and check in and thereafter
enjoy lunch on board. Later depart by felucca for a visit
to the Botanical Garden's at Kitcheners Island and a view
of Agha Khan mausoleum from outside. Thereafter return to
the ship.
Dinner and overnight on board
Day 4: Aswan / Luxor
Sail from early morning to Kom Ombo. Disembark and depart
on foot to visit temple. Return to the ship to sail to Edfu.
Lunch will be provided on board. Arrive at Edfu in the early
afternoon and depart by horse carriage to visit temple. Rejoin
the ship to sail to Luxor via Esna.
Dinner and overnight on board
Day 5: Luxor
Cross the river Nile in the morning to the west bank to visit
the Valley of the Kings, Hatchepsut temple and the Colossi
of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch. In the afternoon,
visit Karnak and Luxor temples. Thereafter return to the ship.
Dinner and overnight on board
Day 6 Luxor / Cairo
Disembark from the ship after lunch. Spend rest of the day
free at leisure. In the early evening, board the sleeper train
for return to Cairo.
Light dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7: Cairo
You will be served breakfast
(continental) on board. You arrive in Cairo in the early morning
and transfer to hotel for check in.
Spend the day at leisure. This is a good time
to shop for souvenirs to commemorate your visit to this unforgettable
country. Try the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and other locations
in Cairo.
Overnight at your hotel in Cairo
Day 8. Cairo / Exit
Check out from hotel after breakfast and transfer to Airport
for final departure.

of 2 persons. A price reduction is available for numbers above
two persons.
