Siana Springs meaning "the plentiful springs" in Masai, lies at the base of the Nyama Hills outside the Eastern boarder of the Masai Mara National Reserve.
The camp fringed by wetlands and surrounded by giant figs and ghostly fever trees, is named for the perennial springs that bubble around the camp -a lush oasis in a dry landscape.
Siana Springs is located on the Aitong Plains in the northern Koiyaki Lemek region, 240km southwest of Nairobi and 8 km from the Eastern boundary of the famous Mara.
