The Royal Mara Safari Lodge is set on the banks of the Mara River in a rich animal viewing section of Kenya?s legendary Maasai Mara Ecosystem.
Royal Mara offers a blend of the classic tented safari camp with the amenities of a lodge facility resulting in a unique luxury tented lodge. There are only eight large riverfront tented chalets built on raised mahogany platforms, providing safety from hippos, elephants and buffalos roaming through the camp at night in search for food and water. Each chalet has been individually decorated with artistically handcrafted furniture and magnificent four-poster beds. En suite bathrooms with hot & cold running water are fitted rain showers and flushing toilets. The chalets open to a large verandah where guests can relax on comfortable chaise longes overlooking the breathtaking river scenery. Beds are fitted with mosquito netting. A medical staff is available at all times in case any need arises. |

Royal Mara has reliable electric generators that supply 220-240 watts electricity. Three pin square plugs are required. The Camp?s water borehole provides pure water that is tested periodically. Drinking water and ice cubes come from sealed bottles.
The Camp is unfenced and wild game, especially resident hippos, roam trough the camp at night. Maasai warriors and armed guards are posted outside each guest chalet at night to guarantee the safety of our guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees.

- nThe third person in a room has got to be aged between 13 and 17 years
Park/Reserve gate opens at 0600am and closes at 0600pm
CHECK IN TIME / CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time at hotels is 1100hrs.
Early check in will be charged at extra night.
Late arrivals should be advised in advance to avoid auto cancellation of the reservation.
In case check in is delayed than the expected arrival date, the delay will be treated as no show.
Check out time is at 1000hrs.
Day room use can be arranged at extra fee and is applicable from 1000hrs to 1800hrs.
Room use after 1800hrs will be charged at full night rate. |
