Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees.

Early check in will be charged at extra night.
Late arrivals should be advised in advance to avoid auto cancellation of the reservation.
In case check in is delayed than the expected arrival date, the delay will be treated as no show.

Day room use can be arranged at extra fee and is applicable from 1000hrs to 1800hrs.

Ngerende has been stylishly designed to provide the ideal safari experience where comfort, luxury and outstanding personal service combine naturally with the beautiful wilderness of the Masai Mara. the lodge sleeps just 14 guests in individual and contemporary designed suites. All seven rooms offer views of the Mara River. Whilst in the main building, the dining room extends onto the verandah overlooking the Mara River and the nearby hippo pool.
The official currency is the Kenya Shilling (KSh). Travellers Cheques and Credit Cards are accepted at the lodge. The supply at Ngerende is 220/240 v 50hz. Plugs are 3 point square. Ngerende Lodge has been installed with eco-friendly solar panels to pump water, heat water and provide lighting.
There is an abundance of wildlife all protected by the conservation ranch and an exclusive project to rear White Rhino.
