CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees.

Park/Reserve gate opens at 0600am and closes at 0600pm
CHECK IN TIME / CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time at hotels is 1100hrs.
Early check in will be charged at extra night.
Late arrivals should be advised in advance to avoid auto cancellation of the reservation.
In case check in is delayed than the expected arrival date, the delay will be treated as no show.
Check out time is at 1000hrs.
Day room use can be arranged at extra fee and is applicable from 1000hrs to 1800hrs.
Room use after 1800hrs will be charged at full night rate.

Recreation Facilities:
It consists of six luxurious tents which are custom designed and are fully insect-proof with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a dresser, flushing toilet and hot showers. There are comfortable chairs on each verandah overlooking the plains. One tent can be converted into a triple on request. There is a spacious well furnished lounge and dining tent, although alfresco - weather permitting - is preferred.

- Day and night safari drives
- Interpretative Game Walks
- There is a Lion Tracking program which monitors the lions of the area (some have been collared with receivers).
- A Horse Riding excursion is currently being set up, more details will be made available soon.
- Wildlife Educational Centre is interesting for both children and adults alike.
- Chimpanzee Sanctuary for orphaned chimps is an excellent venue to observe the two families and learn about the perils facing chimpanzees in the wild.
