The Cottar 1920’s Safari Camp is situated in an untouched, exclusive concession to the south east of Masai Mara, bordering the Serengeti and Loliondo reserves.
Providing a guarantee of privacy and an abundance of wildlife, this 1920’s camp experience returns to the original spirit and essence of ’safari’ reminiscent of a golden bygone era; an era of romance, adventure and elegance.
Accommodation:
The camp accommodates up to 16 guests in authentic, spacious white canvas tents:
● 6 1920’s style white tents and
● 4 Family Tents (Each suite consists of 2 rooms with a shared sitting room)
Each tent is luxuriously furnished with:
● Safari antiques from the 1920’s
● An outdoor veranda
● Private en-suite dressing rooms
● Private en-suite bathrooms, with old-fashioned showers
● Flush toilets
Each tent has its own private butler.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees.

Park/Reserve gate opens at 0600am and closes at 0600pm
CHECK IN TIME / CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time at hotels is 1100hrs.
Early check in will be charged at extra night.
Late arrivals should be advised in advance to avoid auto cancellation of the reservation.
In case check in is delayed than the expected arrival date, the delay will be treated as no show.
Check out time is at 1000hrs.
Day room use can be arranged at extra fee and is applicable from 1000hrs to 1800hrs.
Room use after 1800hrs will be charged at full night rate.
