Summary:
This group tour will leave you with lifetime memories that will make you want to visit Egypt every year. Once in Cairo, you will visit the Giza pyramids- one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Then sample the Nile cruise experience. The cruise offers you a very pleasant and relaxing way to get close to the attractions of antiquity. You will see some of the famed monuments spread between Luxor and Aswan.
Its art and architecture of the old age, Its monumental ruins have inspired the imaginations of travellers and writers for centuries. A new found respect for antiquities and excavations in the early modern period led to the scientific investigation of Egyptian civilization and a greater appreciation of its cultural legacy, for Egypt and the world.

Itinerary:
Day 1 : Arrival
On arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be met by Africa Point Representative who will meet and assist at the Airport. You will then be transferred in a private air-conditioned coach to your hotel for check in.

Overnight in your Hotel in Cairo

Day 2 : Cairo Tour – Giza Pyramids
After breakfast at your hotel, the tour will start by a visit to Giza pyramids. You will have a chance to visit the 3 Great Pyramids (Cheops, Chefren and Macarinos), then visit the panorama to see the 3 pyramids from far and take memorable photos. After taking photos you will then visit the Sphinx -one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the the Valley Temple, Egyptian Museum and the Brilliant Collection of Tutankhamon.

Overnight at your hotel on bed and breakfast basis

Day 3 : Nile Cruise - Aswan
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Cairo Airport to take the flight to Aswan. On arrival you will be transferred for check in in your Nile cruise for 3 nights. Lunch will be served on on board of your cruise. visit the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and finally take a Motor to Philae Temple. The Philae Temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis, an important figure in Egyptian mythology.

Day 4 : Nile Cruise Sailing
After breakfast on your cruise, relax as you sail along the fertile Valley with two stops at kom ombo and Edfu temples. Visit the Kom Ombo Temple of the Crocodile God Sobek and also take a horse carriage to the Falcon God Horus Edfu Temple.
The Graeco-Roman Temple of Kom Ombo consists of two separate temples, each with its own entrance, colonnades, hypostyle hall and sanctuary. The southern temple is dedicated to Sobek -the crocodile god, while the northern one honours Horus -the falcon god.
Thereafter Continue sailing to pass Isna Lock. Lunch and Dinner will be served on board of your Nile Cruise.
Edfu was the cult centre of Horus -the falcon god. It is perhaps the best preserved of ancient temples of Egypt. Two majestic granite falcons adorn the entrance and some of the walls bear reliefs depicting Horus.

Day 5 : Nile Cruise - Luxor Tour (West Bank)

After breakfast, visit the West Bank Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon. Your ticket allows you to visit three tombs and our guide will assist you to select the best tombs.

Luxor is the highlight of the cruise. The range, magnificence and diversity of the monuments in the Luxor area is unsurpassed in all of Egypt. The Valley of Kings is where the rulers of the period historians refer to as the New Kingdom period (BC 1550-1070) awaited the afterlife. Over 60 tombs have so far been excavated in the valley. Among the best tombs to visit are those of Ramses I, Tuthmosis III and Ramses VI. Tutankhamun’s is the most famous today.

On the other side of the Valley of Kings is the Temple of Deir el-Bahri, built by Queen Hatshepsut. The temple is very impressive from a distance and is a great place to take photos. Take more photos at the Colossi of Memnon -two huge statues that are the sole legacy of the temple of Amenhotep III.
Lunch will be served on board your cruise.
Thereafter you will have the opportunity to stroll around with your guide.
Dinner on board of your Nile Cruise.

Day 6 : Luxor Tour (East Bank)
After breakfast, visit the Luxor temple originally joined to by Karnak by an avenue of Sphinxes. Thereafter Visit Karnak which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the temple of Amon.
After the visit you will be transferred to the Airport to catch a flight back to Cairo. On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to check in at your hotel for overnight.

Day 7 : Departure

After breakfast at your Hotel, transfer to Cairo to catch your flight back home. The tour will leave you with wonderful memories that will Breakfast at your Hotel.
