The Sugar House is situated in Watamu on three floors with a large swimming pool in half an acre of garden on a beach access road. This fantastic 4 bedroom house is located less than 2 minute walk to the stunning crystal clear waters of Watamu Marine Park.
The house has spectacular views from the first and second floor to the West, which overlooks the Prawn Lake, a part of Mida Creek.
Accommodation :-
The house has four bedrooms set over three floors. The rooms feature overhead fans, mosquito nets and en-suite bathrooms - with sliding doors onto private terrace overlooking Prawn Lake.

* The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 people
* It has a large, open plan ground floor with bar, table tennis table opening out onto covered terrace and enormous swimming pool.
* The house is staffed with an excellent cook and housekeeper, and protected by Sentry security and a night watchman.
* Has a large swimming pool and a public beach access road
